At Flow Gluco, we stand behind our product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Eligibility:
•Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial order date
•Product must be in original, unopened condition (or substantially unopened)
•All packaging and documentation must be included
•Subscription must have been active for a minimum of 2 months before requesting a refund on the initial order
How to Request a Refund:
1.Email info@flowgluco.com with your order number and reason for refund
2.Include photos of the unopened product if requested
3.We will respond within 3 business days with refund instructions
4.Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Subscription Cancellation:
•You may cancel your subscription at any time after the 2-month minimum commitment period
•Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@flowgluco.com or through your account dashboard
•Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle
•No refunds are issued for partial months
Non-Refundable Items:
•Opened or partially used products
•Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
•Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
Return Shipping:
•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
•We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns
