Shipping policy

Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
•Free on orders over $50
•$5.99 on orders under $50
•Excludes weekends and holidays
Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
•$12.99 flat rate
•Excludes weekends and holidays
Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
•$24.99 flat rate
•Order must be placed before 2 PM EST
Subscription Shipments
Subscription orders ship automatically on your renewal date. Standard shipping is included with all subscriptions. You may upgrade to Express or Overnight shipping for an additional fee.
Shipping Address
•We ship to all 50 US states
•PO Boxes are not accepted
•Please provide a physical address for delivery
•We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. International customers may contact info@flowgluco.com for alternative options.
Tracking
All orders include tracking information. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.
Delivery Issues
•If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately at info@flowgluco.com
•We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier
•File a claim with the carrier if your package arrives damaged
•We will work with you to resolve delivery issues
Signature Required
Signature is not required for standard deliveries. Packages will be left at your address if no one is home.
Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes on international orders (if available in the future).
