Subscription Cancellation
2-Month Minimum Commitment
All new subscribers agree to a minimum 2-month subscription commitment. During this period, you may NOT cancel your subscription. After the 2-month commitment is complete, you may cancel at any time.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription after the 2-month minimum:
1.Log into your account dashboard and select "Manage Subscription"
2.Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
3.Or email info@flowgluco.com with your order number and request to cancel
Cancellation Effective Date
•Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle
•You will not be charged for future months after cancellation
•You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed
Pausing Your Subscription
If you need a temporary break, you may pause your subscription for up to 3 months without canceling. To pause:
1.Log into your account and select "Pause Subscription"
2.Choose your pause duration (1-3 months)
3.Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period
Reactivating a Cancelled Subscription
If you cancel and later want to resubscribe, you may do so at any time. However, a new 2-month minimum commitment will apply.
Refunds During Minimum Commitment Period
If you request a refund during the 2-month minimum commitment period, the following applies:
•You must return unopened product from your current month
•You will be refunded for unopened, unopened months only
•Opened or used products are non-refundable
•You remain responsible for any months already shipped and billed
Early Cancellation Fee
If you cancel before completing the 2-month minimum commitment and do not return unopened product, you forfeit the refund and remain responsible for the full 2-month commitment cost.
Billing Cycle
Your billing cycle begins on the date of your first order. Subsequent shipments occur on the same date each month.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
•We will attempt to charge your card again within 3 business days
•If the second attempt fails, your subscription will be temporarily suspended
•You have 7 days to update your payment method before cancellation
